(a) The Platform serves as lead generation software, enabling registered users ("Customers") to identify hot leads on Linkedin through the Platform's web application dashboard ("Dashboard"). (b) The platform also sends notifications to registered Customers when it identifies leads on Linkedin.
2. Registration
(a) Registration: (i) To access and use the Services, you must register using a valid email address and password, providing necessary details for your Registered Profile. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information and ensuring its confidentiality. (ii) Safeguard the security of your username and password, promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or disclosure. (iii) You are accountable for all activities under your Registered Profile, and we are not liable for unauthorized access. (b) Free Trial: (i) A Free Trial may be offered at our discretion, allowing access to the Platform without charges for a limited duration. (ii) Free Trial terms may be subject to change, cancellation, or transition to a recurring payment plan ("Payment Plan"). (iii) Automatic billing may occur at the end of the Free Trial unless canceled. (c) Payment Plan: (i) If the Free Trial transitions to a Payment Plan, you agree to periodic billing based on a subscription. (ii) Subscription renewal occurs unless canceled, and failure to pay may result in termination of access. (iii) Changes to the Payment Plan will be communicated with advance notice. (d) Refunds: All billings under the Payment Plan are non-cancellable and non-refundable. (e) Taxes: Billing under the Payment Plan excludes applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice(s). (f) Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Payment Plans at our discretion. (g) Payment Information: (i) To purchase the Payment Plan, you must provide accurate payment information. (ii) Submission authorizes us to charge your account for incurred subscription fees.
